Dunkin' - Augusta

I go here all the time and they are always fast and give perfect service. I haven't had a single experience that was less than 100%.

Went to this Dunkin' for a morning donut before work! The staff was very friendly and there weren't many lines, but my jelly donut really had very little jelly in it. In the entire donut, I maybe got one bite of jelly, which was a bit disappointing. However, it's possible it was just one donut that turned out that way, so I would be happy to try again!

I'm a loyal Dukin client, I'm sorry correction. I was a loyal dunkin? Donuts customers who are also a medical worker, I get something from Dunkin every week. I have been there three days out of the week and today I have actually gone to Dunkin from the hospital to get a coffee and a sandwich and I was?t even allowed everything because I had no vehicle because they told me that the interior was not open passage only though I have been able to order pure and what they can clearly see because they have cameras, but for some reason I have been told to go through A person with a face mask on can?t even come inside to order something with social distancing I spend my hard earned money faithfully in this place, even while she? ve have increased the prices I still spend my money faithfully every week today was my last day supported Dunkin!

Ordering was quick. Staff were very friendly and order was prepared quickly. I ordered a Oreos Hot Chocolate and they did not have it. I am not sure why it was on the mobile menu! But, I was offered a Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate and it tasted delicious! The environment was very well lit and bright, and was very clean. This is my first time visiting this store on Augusta as I was passing by, and I would definitely go back again ?

Hit or miss. Depends on who's working. Yesterday I got nothing b/c they were to busy to take my order or in a meeting. I just stood there and finally left.
