Bidra med feedbackEverything deserves a ZERO, in my opinion along with my 2 sisters. U had to order through keosk, we did and paid, order did not make it to the screen for the workers. Manager was very rude and we called credit card while there. Charge had been approved.Still no help and no chance to get our food. In the meantime saw unsanitary conditions, the fry person with no gloves. Oneemployee walked past french fries, got some and put in her mouth while working. I got name of manager and i will report towendys. Come on people, if you dont respect your job enough to do it right, then get a job you can handle!
I like that they have baked potatoes! Wendy's tends to be very slow in the service department, as far as getting your food. I do not understand why they are so slow. They do cook every burger to order, but there must be some efficiency improvements thatcould be made along the line somewhere.
I encountered an extremely rude cashier, and when I brought it to the manager’s attention, she didn't seem to care at all. I received an old, watered-down lemonade that had no ice cream in it, which ended up tasting like lemon-flavored water. To top it all off, my order was wrong!
Take a closer look at the menu. There are some great options if you're looking to save money. The prices for regular meals are comparable to McDonald's. You just need to understand how the system works to get the best value. The staff can be a bit inattentive at times.
The experience can be inconsistent. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the food is generally good. I absolutely love the Peppermint Frosty! However, the level of service can vary, with some staff being friendly and attentive to customers at the counter while others may not be as engaged.
