This place is tasty frfr I'd actually rlly recommend it

I’ve been here plenty of times I have never had an issue. Yesterday I bought a snowcone for myself and my kid that she said that it tasted rotten. I explained to the lady who seem to be new at the counter. To Please exchange it and she said no that we would need to purchase a new one. I said it’s very sad that you’re willing to lose a Customer over four dollars for a cone that you made and tasted horrible. I left the cone on the counter for the lady with no customer service skills. Needless to say, I won’t return there with my godchild, children or any of my grandkids to spend another penny for a place that does not provide customer service or have any type of common sense. Perhaps they need a new employee since I’ve been coming there six years and never had an issue with snowcones when they were made right until yesterday.Another local business losing local clients!

Nice but the shaved ice melts very quickly and the Spearmint snowball doesn't taste like Spearmint! Don't get it.

Was sooo good very different than regular snow cone I recommend getting cream drizzled on top and stuffed

Worst customer service we got there tonight at 8:50 PM with one car in front of us. The order before us took forever! We pulled up at 9:04 after waiting 15 minutes and they refused to serve us. There wasn’t any one in line behind us we would have been the last car of the night. That’s just not cool.
