Kfc - Auburn Hills

"Don't bother trying this place again. The service was terrible and the food was just okay. We were rudely told to 'open your eyes' when we asked which dish was the Mac and cheese. Definitely avoid this restaurant."

There was a very large pothole in the drive-thru right before reaching the menu call box. I was worried about damaging my car's front end! The original chicken pieces were quite small in size. I ordered a 4-piece dinner, but it only came with one side item for the price of $11.00+.

I had an incredibly bad experience at this restaurant. The manager, Toya, argued with me about my mobile order, claiming it wasn't ready when it had actually been prepared for 15 minutes. She seemed lazy and confrontational. I was stuck between their concrete barriers with vehicles blocking me from going inside to pick up my order. When I finally reached the window, they insisted they couldn't hand me the food through it. After realizing the food was ready, they handed it out without the drinks and told me to pour my own drinks and come inside to get them. Despite having a drive-thru, the service was lacking. Last week, they even refused to serve the chicken on the side in my office's order. It appears to be a recurring issue at this location, and I will be going to Manhattan Chicken or Popeyes instead from now on.

Well once again disappointed to say the least. Could you please have the same menu at all of the locations in the area? Next $22 for 8 strips because they didn't have wings It's over for me with KFC, hay that rhymes

Came here for lunch. Staff was rude and stared at me while I was waiting to place an order in the lobby. Floors are dirty and the kitchen doesn't look clean. Went to use the bathroom, which has NEVER been cleaned. There was literal feces on the floor, wall, and safety bar in the stall. Don't come here
