Jack's - Auburn

Tonight for huh and was told they were just chicken fingers. placed order and no one ever came into the window. they drive the hired too busy to be disturbed. she was out in a face.

I went through the drive thru and ordered and after I ordered the person on drive thru never said anything so I sat there for about 5 minutes wondering if she even got the order. She told me to pull up finally so I did. I got to the window to wait another 5 mins while watching everyone inside play around and be on their phones. Finally someone comes to the window and says “yes?”. I told her I had ordered and she asked what I ordered so that means they never took the order. I ordered a plain cheeseburger. After about another 5 mins I finally got my food and left. I went to check the food when I got home and I had gotten a regular cheeseburger with everything on it. I ended up throwing it away and pretty much spent money for no reason. Something needs to be done about this.

Fifth time in a row i didnt get all of my order the first time, and this time the window person wouldnt even open the window again so i could ask for the rest of my order.

We got the $4.99 burger and fries special, there was 3 of us, worst hamburger we have ever had. The employee, she said her name was Lulu, was super friendly. Perhaps the chicken would have been better but those burgers were horrible! Lulu is the reason for 4 stars! Food was negative stars!

Diet Coke machine was out of order. There was a sticky note on the top of it not on the front I went to fill my cup not really seeing the out of order note this spit out all over me, the floor counter ect I tried to clean up the mess with napkins. My chicken box was cold by the time I got to sit down eat. Staff that look my order was nice though.
