Amazing customer service with a smile. My husband and I had the smokehouse beef cheddar brisket our grandaughter had the Hook and Ladder on a soft fresh warm wheat sub roll. Melt in your mouth delicious brisket. Highly recommend!

Used to be my favorite corporate sandwich shop, but the price has just gotten way out of hand. The other night my partner and I each got a sandwich (LG club on a sub and LG jerk chicken; no add-ons and no chips), and we upgraded our drink to the advertisedgallon of fountain drink.. the total came to $45!!!! Definitely a disappointment.
It's better than Subway, but I still can't say I'm ever fully satisfied after my visits.
