Dunkin' - Auburn

We ordered a dozen donuts and a Box of Joe, to go. It took about 30 minutes. It was busy, but there were plenty of employees on. The donuts we received almost immediately, but apparently they just forgot we were waiting for the coffee. In general, Dunkin has really dropped in quality over the years. The donuts aren't creative, and if you get a dozen you're likely to get the dregs nobody else wants.

Doesn?t offer flavored coffee samples. Messed up just about every order ahead of me. Long line. Long wait. Out of many items including bacon. Staff is not very attentive.

Make better bagels my God how hard can that be. Put cream cheese on both sides and don't make it hard as a rock

The coffees were spot on. I asked for a donut and she told me that they didn’t have any donuts. This was at 3:45 in the afternoon sounds like management only wants to sell coffee.
