Applebee's Grill - Auburn

Came here for food and to watch the ball drop and listen to it .. they have repetitive music on.. and manager said he can't put the volume up on the tvs and shut the repetitive music off !!! all the other Applebees have **** the music off and put the tvs volume up for the ball drops and the show before hand .. had I known I wouldn't of dropped $50+ on a meal !!!! what ever you do don't go to the auburn Ma location New Year's Eve if you want to hear the ball drop with the show before it... I'm beyond pissed !!!

One star for the waitress, she was okay. My meal was very small and way overpriced. My husband had the worst ribs I ever saw. They were so hard, he couldn't cut through them. I ate half my small tenders and left hungry. We got a pizza on the way home. They didn't charge for the ribs but charged me for mine. It would have been nice if they comped the whole bill. I ate alone as husband didn't want anything else. We just wanted to get out of there at that point. Very disappointed with this place. The Applebee's in Millbury kicks Auburns butt!

Will never come to this Applebee's location again. Very poor customer service. Came in with my kids and wife, no one ever came over to take our drink order. The couple who came in after us got their drinks and their orders taken. We ended up leaving.

We sat in the bar area on a Friday night place was fairly busy. Our server was great 4 stars for service. Food was good I had the strawberry chicken salad which was fresh but the chicken was tough. My partner had the tomato soup which he loved and the wonton tacos. Tacos were good but a little greasy for him. Prices were reasonable.

Your hostess jessica was absolutely amazing! she was so kind and gave us such caring words when sitting us down. Food was spectacular! Going back tomorrow!
