If I could rate this place with zero stars, I definitely would. I arrived at 5:00 AM, only to be told they aren't serving breakfast. Fine, I thought I'd order a chicken sandwich instead, but they didn’t have any chicken sandwich items available either. If you're not serving breakfast at 5:00 AM—when many people typically eat breakfast until around 10:00 or 11:00—and you don't have a full menu, then what’s the point of opening your doors at all? This is something corporate needs to reconsider.

The service was decent, though they didn’t seem to be in a rush. The food was fine—definitely not as impressive as what you see in TV ads, but it was tasty overall. I would recommend it for a weekday lunch.

I've had enough of Carl's! I used to really enjoy the Santa Fe chicken, but the last two times I ordered it, it tasted rubbery. The meat in the Western burger was just like cardboard. Goodbye to my old favorite... and on top of that, it's too pricey for fast food that’s prepared so poorly.

Great food at a good price. One of my favorite fast food restaurant's. Always friendly customer service and easy off and on the freeway.

I had an issue with my order through DoorDash, but the customer service was excellent. They resolved everything quickly and accurately.
