Papa John's Pizza - Atoka

When I came to pick up, people saw me, but they didn't recognize me and only did what they did and talked to each other. Finally, someone went up from the back of the store and asked me if I was there for an execution order. No greeting, no thanks. I ordered a pizza, sausage and mushrooms. Everything was covered with cheese, so I couldn't see any blows. There was little sausage. I couldn't see or try mushrooms. My first and last visit to Papa Johns. Dominos is far superior!!

Every time, literally every single time I've ordered from them my pizza or pizzas have been burnt! I've ordered multiple times, giving multiple chances to deliver me a decent pizza and that has yet to happen. I will not order from them again.

25 minute wait turned into an hour and a half before I called. I was then told it would be a minimum of another 30 mins. It ended up coming an hour and a half after that. 3 hours waiting on 1 pizza. This used to be the best pizza place around to order from, and now, it?s the worst. Probably won?t be ordering from here again.

I understand possibly being frustrated that someone is calling within 15 minutes of closing but I have ordered from here before within 5 minutes because I didn?t know the closing time. I guess it just depends on the person working: a nice employee or a rude manager. Simple order but the phone rang and rang and rang for over 10 minutes trying to order then pick up 5 minutes before closing to say ?We?re closed. K bye?. This is more of a review of the horrible manager working there.

I'd take that 1 ? back if I could. Very unprofessional service. I walked in to pick up our pizza, nearly a $50.00 order, and I was looked straight at by one employee, no acknowledgement that I had even walked in, she continued to talk to the other lady who was putting puzzas in the boxes,, yes she had on a uniform so I'm guessing she was working, then walked in a delivery person, again no one saying anything at all. This woman looks at me again and continues to talk to the other woman. So after I'm standing there for 5 minutes with this going on, I left. Really, what does a person gave to do to get waited on?? I guess Domino's appreciated the money they got.
