Papa John's Pizza - Atoka

I visited the restaurant today to order some pizza, and they were handling several large orders at once, which made some customers a bit unhappy. However, I want to commend the two staff members who were working; they did an amazing job! They were incredibly hardworking and managed to keep things moving smoothly, getting everyone's pizzas out efficiently. Because of their excellent service, I give them five stars!

I ordered pizza online but never received any email or notification indicating that my pizza was being prepared or was ready for pickup.

Worst and slowest service of any Papa John I've ever visited. Attention Papa John's corporate: shut down this location or find a new franchisee! Whoever this one is doesn't take it seriously! Store seems understaffed with no signs of leadership.

The staff weren't very friendly; it felt like they were making an effort to take my order. The pizza was good, but the overall atmosphere was quite cold.

Worst experience ever!!! Ordered pizza! Pizza 1 toppings wrong! Pizza 2 toppings wrong crust wrong! Manager proceeded to tell me that the Pizza was what was ordered despite we can both read or I am assuming she could. Waited 40 mins with 4 family members inthe car. Finally after no attempts by the manager to do anything to fix my order. I had to ask her if she wanted me to contactmy financial institution or did she want to refund me. She voided my order and refunded my money. Left the place with 5 hungryfamily members and over an hour of our lives gone!
