Received email to confirm reservations the previous day. Confirmed reservation and received confirmation. Arrive at restaurant at designated time to find out restaurant is not open. Restaurant was informed earlier during the week that the establishment could not open for dine in seating, but yet they allowed their system to send out confirmation emails to confirm reservation.

AVERAGE AT BEST for the prices. The food was just OK, the room and view are to die for, but a major disappointment in the food. Service was good, a few menu items on the website were not on the menu when we arrived like a Waldorf salad. The steaks and fish were just ok, to tell the truth I had better at Longhorn Steakhouse.

Very good food in a upscale yet somewhat dull environment and non-existent service. Our server was hardly available, never checked in throughout the meal (we would have loved more wine), and because she was absent, she extended our meal by more than 40 mins while we waited for long periods of time for her to ask for the check and then again to pay for the meal. When she asked about dessert and we declined, she even said “I’ll get your check so you can get back to gambling,” but then in was another 10 mins before she returned and then about 15 more before she was back to get our credit card. Nice dinner turned miserable by bad service.

Food was wonderful as was the service. My friend said best halibut he ever had. Very pretty
