Wendy's - Atlanta

After taking 30-40 mins for my order me and my other co workers got sick like a dog from their food.

They need to really just shut this place down .literally every single time I got there it's a problem. And always REEKING trash over flowing my the dumpster stinking. I sit at the drive thru and get told hold on for 10 mins before I left this time. Someone please fire the entire staff! These ppl are not what you advertise on the commercial. I left now I'll just got pay $10 more at another restaurant but hey atleast I know it will be made correctly and in a timely manner. The Key word is fast food

Pulled into their drive-through at 8:40 PM, there were about three cars ahead of me and it says on their listing that they close at 9 PM. They took forever to clear out three vehicles and when I finally arrived to the order window at 8:52, they rudely told me that they were closed. When I mentioned that it was only 852 and that it says on their site that they close at nine, the person told me that by the time they made my food it would be too late. I was the last car in the line and they easily could’ve taken my order which was going to be three items. This was absolute terrible customer service and I am appalled at the way that I was treated. It’s actually shocking how bad it was. I’m sure the food would have been just as awfully prepared as the first time that I went to this location…I wouldnt be surprised to get a few cockroaches in the fries…I won’t be back here.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and I have the misfortune of working near it and no others. Always incredibly slow drive through. Half the time the speaker doesn’t work. Went there today at 3pm on a Weds and was told the “system was down” and couldn’t order any food. Just absurd. The Taco Bell next door is a decent one just go there.

Hours aren’t true. You wait in drive thru, multiple cars, drive up to window for them to wave you away that they are not open even though people are inside working
