Tacos Tequilas Mexican Grill - Atlanta

The food wasn't hot, but tasty. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff was very attentive. I sat at the bar, and the two ladies were awesome. Decent ambiance. Great for family outings or dates.

We came here on a Thursday evening to try a new restaurant. We sat on the patio because the weather was great. The salsa was good. Sometimes at restaurants since they pass the salsa out for free it's pretty bland but it was very tasty here and the chips were fried to perfection. The beef and chicken empanadas were excellent. They were flavorful and moist and tasted great with the sauces that accompanied them. Someone from the kitchen brought our food out but I saw him place the food on another table in front of a mother and her child. The mom communicated that the order was not correct and that it wasn't their order which she had a right to do and then the person from the kitchen brought it to our table and expected us to eat it after the food has been talked over. I asked our waiter if they could remake the food and they said no. So we paid for the food we were able to eat which was great and we left. We likely won't return because we don't want to eat food that other people that we do not know have talked over and possibly spit on. Shortly after the food mix up another waiter came to our table to drop off a drink that was meant for another table so table numbers might be off or something in the kitchen and bar since this mistake happened more than once.

I tried the one in Midtown a few months ago and was so excited. There's one close to work so I could have lunch here! The food is really amazing! The people are really awesome! And I had a fabulous meal. I plan to keep coming to this restaurant when I have a craving for some awesome salsa and Carnita Fajitas! :

Delicious and filling lunch for a great price. Highly recommend the Campechano Fajitas! The smoky salsa was amazing too.

The vibe was fun, the drinks were strong and the food was good! The wait was rather long but the vibe outside on the patio was nice too so no big deal.
