The service from Niki was quite disappointing. She didn't smile at all and came across as unfriendly. Additionally, she forgot to bring our drinks. To top it off, the food was incorrectly prepared on two occasions.
I’m truly surprised that Don Shula has associated his name with this restaurant. The experience was almost unbelievably average. I visited Shula last Monday for a work-related event...
