Mcdonald's - Atlanta

I would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. It is the worst place I have ever been to. If you go in the morning, be prepared to waste an extra 30 minutes in the drive-thru. I only ordered two coffees at 8 o'clock and was told to move forward while the coffee was brewing. I waited for 20 minutes before the same woman who took my order came and asked what I wanted. When I said I wanted a regular coffee, she asked me angrily to specify if I wanted a small, medium, or large size. I didn't bother asking for cream at this point. After 5 minutes, another woman came and asked if I had ordered food, even though I had only ordered coffee. The first woman returned after another 5 minutes and gave me the coffee, saying it was ready. I didn't say anything after that.

Mcdonald’s goes on their customer service and uniforms. good work and good work. all restaurants in the city are not all bad.

The experience of eating at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered a cold fried fish sandwich with only half of the cheese it should have had. I paid over $8 for this meal and felt that I did not receive good value for my money. The cheese should have been a whole piece, not just half. Additionally, the sandwich was not hot as it should have been. The manager needs to pay more attention to customer requests and ensure that the food is served hot. This occurred on Ralph David Blvd.

The customer service at this McDonald's was exceptional, thanks to Bryan, the store manager, and Lynne. This was the best McDonald's I have ever been to! When I placed my order, it was delivered to my car while still hot. Keep up the great work!

Awesomeness customer service. Chill vibes the workers and Managers especially the Manager with the bald hair cut have over and above exeeeded customer service and hospitality. I personally have worked in fast food and the service I’ve seen while He was in charge is consistently efficient and friendly. Even when it seems it would be stress the workers handle themselves in direct reflection to the Manager at that store. This store deserves national praise from there Franchise!!! Keep up the great work guys at Ralph david Abernathy WESTEND MCDONALDS
