Bidra med feedbackI have never really had a bad experience at this Wendy’s. This morning I shot through to pick up a mobile order on my way to the office. When I pulled up, I was greeted in a very welcoming manner and was taken care of quickly. Margaret was extremely friendly and personable. It was refreshing to deal with such a friendly person to start out this cold, rainy morning. Thank you!
A couple days before Christmas and this place was a madhouse ...waited 15 mins to order finally paid got food ready to. Eat and the entire sandwich was clearly made days prior horrible
Food is still great but service at this location has gone down hill. Update: Ordered for drive thru due to having my dog with me. Was told at the speaker the drive thru was down and I would have to come inside. Staff could not estimate how long of a wait it would be. While standing outside with my dog, several cars used the drive thru that was closed food was dead. Fries were cold, meat was old. My family stopped visiting this unit last year due to constant issues with not being open, only taking cash, poor service and cold orders. Figured the franchisee would have corrected these issues by now. I was wrong. As a franchise, they should have been through the default process of their agreement by now.
The service offered by this staff is above and beyond what one would experience at the majority of Wendy's.
This particular location is very inconsistent. They have their good days, and there bad days. We went to the drive thru once, and they forgot 1/2 of the things in my order, (no cap). But then, sometimes them fries be on point. I dont know what to think anymore
