The Pretzel Twister

This restaurant is closed. I visited around June or July, and it was shut down on a Saturday afternoon! Everything has been cleared out. It appears to be permanently closed.

We always love stopping by here for some delicious pretzel bites, cheese dip, and a Coke with light ice! It's a must-have part of our mall experience! ? ????

I would rate The Pretzel Twister three F's: Fast, Friendly, and Fresh. It seems that previous reviewers may not have had the pleasure of being assisted by Amber. Her service is exceptional and far surpasses what you'd typically expect in a mall food court. I give Pretzel Twister a solid 5 stars, and if I were the owner, I would definitely give Amber a raise.

New people took over the pretzel place and the pretzels taste awful and not edible.

Eh. the pretzel bites themselves were really sweet (doesn’t pair well with savory flavors) and didn’t have really any of the alkaline coating that makes pretzels taste like pretzels so it was just like sweet bread bites with italian seasoning
