Bidra med feedbackDue to a shortage of staff, the drive-thru was our only option. I enjoy seeing the food before ordering, but that wasn't possible this time. They didn't have enough chicken teriyaki for two plates, so we switched it up, which worked out fine. The young lady at the window was very pleasant. We had to wait a bit for our food since there were only two employees working. We appreciated their efforts and dedication, even though they had to put in some extra work.
The staff were very friendly, but the food was just mediocre. Initially, it looked and felt a bit stale. Unfortunately, both that night and the next day, we got sick from the food. We won't be returning.
The staff here are friendly, but I have two significant issues. First, the food is consistently not fresh whenever I visit. Second, the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. During my visit yesterday, I wiped down my table with a wet wipe, as I always do, and it came away with black grime on it (see picture). While I'm accustomed to finding food crumbs or sticky sauce at a Chinese restaurant, I certainly don't expect the table—especially the edges—to be that dirty. Additionally, the front door is covered in noticeable fingerprints. It makes me question what other areas might not be properly cleaned.
Food is much better fresh, nobody wants the food that's been sitting in the tray for hours especially since we're paying for it.
I loved coming here getting the honey walnut shrimp bowl, plate, or even a bigger plate.The last 3 times I have been here my experience had been horrible all the way down to my customer service.1. I ask the employee how does the coupon work for the good fortune deal with the bigger plate, she act like I was speaking French!2. I get to the window and it takes me a min to transfer my money successfully and the employees made me feel shameful, I asked if he could swipe my card one more time and it still didn’t go through. At this point the employee comes back to the window with a smile and gonna say yea it didn’t go through ma’am, so I just pulled out the cash to pay for my order ??!!3, I spent $16.51 for my order and didn’t get all my items and even the wrong items ?? , I only got double walnut shrimp and some kinda chicken, I’m a pescatarian, so my third entrée went to waste!!!I loved eating here but Panda Express u will no longer get my money or service!!!!
