Bidra med feedbackWe ordered online for takeout. After seeing the reviews we were kind of hesitant about ordering here. Well the reviews were right, this chipotle should just close. I got a steak and chicken bowl the chicken was wayyyy too burnt nasty. It had hardly any steak and they mashed the guacamole into my bowl that I had to separate it onto another plate. My wife had the steak and carnitas it was also burnt! The experience overall was just disappointing. I wouldn’t order from this location again. I’d take my money elsewhere if I were you.
Chipotle used to be the place to go to for a more health conscious meal. But now, the quality has been going downhill. And with many restaurants offering the same type of healthier fast food as Chipotle, makes it very underwhelming.
The staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude to customers. My group and I arrived at 7 PM and were informed that there was no rice available for another 20 minutes. After waiting, another employee informed us that it would actually take 30 minutes for the rice to be ready, and she did so with a noticeable attitude. She then suggested we place an online order since they had rice available for that, but not for in-person customers. What kind of service is that? Are in-person customers not valued? As soon as my party placed our orders, a fresh batch of rice was brought to the front. It was very disappointing to see the disparity in service; those who ordered online were treated far differently than those who placed orders in person. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid over $10 for my meal, while I watched another customer receive double the amount of food with his in-person order.
Every time I place an online order for pickup or delivery, I find the portion sizes to be exceedingly small. My recent double chicken salad bowl was mainly filled with beans and barely any salad mix. They simply tossed a bit of lettuce on top and called it a day. Typically, when I order in person, the salad bowl includes a mix of kale, lettuce, and spinach instead of rice. Just because customers can’t see the food until they get home doesn’t justify Chipotle skimping on portion sizes and quality. I couldn't recommend ordering online from Chipotle to anyone. It’s also disappointing to see them include a lettuce end just to fill up the empty space in the container.
I usually have one meal a day, so it's crucial for me to get a substantial portion. Out of seven days, I find myself choosing Chipotle four times. However, I'm consistently disappointed when I order online, receiving bowls and burritos that seem to be only half-sized. It's frustrating, and I've voiced my concerns every time, but nothing has improved. For instance, I recently ordered a double chicken burrito with extra rice, beans, cheese, and sour cream, but what I received looked like a half portion of each ingredient. This is really irritating and makes ordering through the app feel pointless.
