Bojangles - Athens

Terrible!!!!! I ordered 2 macaroni and cheese only got one the girl said it in there. And it wasn't!!! Had to go back and get my drink. She gave me a small. I ordered a large. I ve been there twice with same service. No more!

Food tasted great, but I asked for lemonade and got tea. I asked for family size green beans, Mach and cheese and mashed potatoes to match my family size rice order, and only got regular size mashed potatoes and didnt even get the Mac and cheese or green beans. Paid for it all :

Forgets the Honey Mustard they make you pay for consistently. Biscuits kinda thin and fall apart but still a great choice for breakfast late in the day. Borounds are cold.

Not only was I stuck in a 30 minute line, I received the completely wrong order and no receipt to prove so. The interactions with the workers were not friendly. I understand a lot of businesses are understaffed right now, but the workers were just casually having conversations amongst themselves at the window. I will never be returning to this location.

Waited in the drive thru line behind 1 car for 5 minutes, then I order and they don’t tell me it’s a 10 minute wait for chicken until after I have ordered and paid. It’s been a total of 25 minutes now and I still don’t have my food. “Fast food”… yea right. Avoid all Bojangle’s in Athens if you can. This location needs new management and new staff
