Chili's Grill - Atascocita

Never got my order and now door dash and chili's are debating over who will refund me. Door dash states because you ordered from the chilli app. Chilli's states because we don't have drivers we can't reimburse.

Everything came out great. The server was great, checked on us regularly, and kept drinks filled.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu selection.

The food is usually good but, this time the soup was really salty. Very disappointing.

Good food, a great bartender and plenty of screens to watch sports that are happening.

They got our to-go order wrong. When we called to get our order replaced, they said we had bring in the wrong order back as proof before they could start the right order. Needless to say, my husband was already home and we all started eating except my daughter because they gave her spicy vs original. He had to bag our order, take it back, and then he had to wait for the correct order. Yes we talked to the manager and that was her 20 yr old self instructions. Ridiculous!
