Back Porch Bakery - Atascadero

I found this place and it's fantastic! I love the feta/spinach croissant and take the fresh rye bread home for dinner. Tomorrow again with the children for chocolate croissants and morning rolls. Great art on the walls of the owner. Definitely worth a stop and very comfortable on El Camino Real. Nice staff!

The cookies and the severity are a must. Along with some poor but sexy coffee, make for the breakfast of the champions!

I stopped checking this bakery today. As a daughter/daughter of a bakery in Santa Barbara, I always check bakeries. I just moved to the area and I'm glad to have found this jewel. Your goods all look amazing. So far I tried a dark chocolate chip and toffe cookie and a croissant. Both really delicious. I'm back and recommend it.

Best bakery bakery bakery bakery bakery. Seriously. Almond croissants, simple croissants, pancetta and cheese, morning balls, Dutch crispy, simple but classic baguette. Dan can't be wrong. Go a lot, go soon!

Thick, chewy, fresh bread for the gooiest of grilled cheese sandwiches. I had no idea how succulent a grilled cheese could be. They were out of cookies but offered to bake some fresh. Awesome.
