Subway - Atascadero

Would not take my order on the phone said he was to busy REALLY!

2 weeks ago Friday I went into this Subway! It was 5:30pm. I order a meatball sandwich pro. After waiting several minutes the server said he was out of meatballs. What? On a Friday night! Then he asked me if I wanted to wait for some meatballs to be warmed up. Well since I had planned on this for my husband and my dinner I said yes I would wait. A lady came out from the back to microwave a bag of meatballs, twice, then put them in the sauce! At that point after waiting for more than 10 minutes for a meatball pro sandwich I should have canceled and walked out. I was also the only person in there being served. After 25 minutes of waiting my sandwich was done. I paid and left. I will not be ordering from there again. I will drive to the next subway to order. Not far away.

Troy is the man!! Everytime me and my lady grab a sandwich Troy is working and he never fails to make the perfect sandwich, this guy not only listens to how you want your sandwich made but is really fun to chat with and has a great attitude, give this man bonus Subway is lucky to have him!!

We're currently located in Paso Robles and I will drive all the way from Paso Robles just to get a sandwich made here by Troy. He is always so kind and welcoming and most importantly HE KNOWS HOW TO MAKE A SANDWICH!! Something none of the other Subways in Atascadero and Paso know how to do. He very lightly applies all the sauce condiments and the other locations literally apply half the damn bottle, sorry but nobody wants a handful of mayo and mustard on there sandwich. Troy knows what's up and is the sandwich makin pro that will make your sandwich perfect every time. He deserves a raise or promotion BIG TIME!

Atascadero has two Subways, a regular subway and a cursed subway. This one is the cursed subway. I don't really get what's going on in this place; the vibes are always off. The employees clearly hate their jobs, and I think they're probably correct to do so. Every time I go in here they're out of something or something has gone wrong. This last time I ended up with food poisoning. I don't really get how this town supports two subways, and I'm not really sure how this subway manages to exist given that it appears to have been built over a portal to hell.
