I really liked this place. They have all the food in display cases so you can just point to what you want if you don't speak Italian very well. Just grab a tray and some silverware and just point to what you want and they put it on a plate. I asked for three or four different items and the total came to €8 which is a good price for Milan. You can get a plastic cup and fill it with water if you don't want anything else to drink. I would definitely get there before 100pm because even though they have about 50 or 60 chairs inside, the place really fills up with office workers. It's only open for lunch Monday to Friday. Definitely worth going if you happen to be in this part of town. In a huge complex of office buildings... just look for building A 10 and it's on the ground floor with doors that open to the outside.

By chance I found this restaurant using google maps, it is in an office area outside Milan. The staff is really friendly and helpful. To my understanding, all the meals are plant based, but you can by your own choice add cheese or have regular milk in your coffee if you are vegetarian. I've tried it once so far, they have a daily menu, so don't know what is their variety, but I had pad thai, and added some zucchini and fennel together with a delicious hummus. together with mineral water it was €7.50. So decent priced lunch option, and to my knowledge the only vegan/vegetarian restaurant in this area. From now on, this will be my regular lunch place!
