Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant is really disappointing. This location does not provide customers with what they pay for. On multiple occasions, I ordered double meat on my sandwich, but they gave me less meat than a regular sandwich, claiming it was a double portion. I appreciate the employees, but it seems like they are just following corporate policies.
I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience. I ordered two soups and a salad. The pumpkin soup was far less than I expected. When I mentioned this to the Ethiopian server, he confidently insisted that we had added two portions, but I refrained from asking him to compare it because I knew he was just making excuses. The night before, I had the same meal at Panera Bread in Maple Lawn, and I knew the portion sizes there. Additionally, the salad lacked enough almonds and other nuts and crumbles, unlike the offerings at the Kentlands and Maple Lawn locations. Overall, I was very disappointed. The staff needs better training, and the restaurant wasn't even particularly busy, so there shouldn't have been any excuses for the subpar experience.
I visited this Panera to order some desserts I had been craving, but unfortunately, they were sold out of everything. Additionally, when I asked a manager for assistance, she seemed indifferent and her body language suggested she didn't care about the inconvenience I experienced. I do not recommend this place due to the lack of professionalism and friendliness.
Panera is my best place for fast health food stop during my working week. all panera I go very identical and same good food and good service. love it
This place is more like hell for me, I did not like anything here even though the restaurant looks nice. The people are cold, no good energy at all.On 08/25/2022 walked 10 miles only to be disappointed with almost everything here; the service was terrible!-they served me a to go meal not properly packed. I had ordered a pastry and a soda. When I went to use the bathroom there was no toilet paper so I informed one of the employees there to take care of it and they ignored it. After about an hour, I had to go back and ask them again because when I when I went back in the bathroom-the toilet paper was not there still. Had to tell them again. Imagine in between the time I told them, many customers had to use the bathroom without toilet paper. What kind of service is that? There is absolutely no way, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone at all.
