Wendy's - Ashland

No signs on the lobby indicating it’s closed just locked. No one in the drive thru willing to respond. Wish I could speak to the food but no one was willing to talk and take my order. Next time you close the lobby, put up signs instead of lobby hours that were not adhered to.

Says open until midnight, roll up at 11:55, man answers drive thru saying they are closed.

The lady who waited on my son and myself was really rude. Everyone else seemed friendly. I figured she maybe was having a bad day. I wished her a blessed day still. Kindness is not hard.

Had to wait for chicken sandwich. Which it made it the best 1 my husband has had in a long time. My nuggets were very good. The fries excellent. I had ice tea...which was also excellent. We give you a 10 Wendy's crew. Good job. Thank you.

Fast food.... What do you expect. It was okay... Dietary restrictions: They do have some items that they say are gluten free but if you're a celiac you still need to be careful as your food is.... For the most part.... Prepared by students or younger people that may not be aware of what a celiac person requires. Premade salads, coffee, tea, cold drinks, and a baked potato is most likely okay.
