Jade - Ashland

The food is incredibly delicious! I always have a great experience with their delivery service. They usually estimate a 45-minute wait time, but my food often arrives in under 30 minutes. Everything is always served hot! The salads are excellent as well! I believe it's well worth the price. I absolutely love it!

The food here is above average, and the service is commendable as well. The prices are reasonable too. However, the cleanliness and decor could use some improvement, as they fall slightly below average. There tends to be a bit of confusion with the waitstaff, but they are quick and genuinely put in a lot of effort. My main concern is that there often seems to be a loud table of what appears to be family or friends near the kitchen, which can be distracting. Other than that, the food definitely deserves a return visit, and the fact that they stay open a bit later makes it easy to enjoy a late dinner.

I'm not sure why there are so many complaints about customer service here; the staff has always been present and friendly. My family did experience food poisoning from another Chinese restaurant nearby, but this place has been great for take-out. Our orders are always ready on time and accurate. Cheers!

Great restaurant. I like going to Jade. It is close to my college, and for the foodie in me it is always very welcome break from the campus selection. The food is very high quality and has no MSG. Unlike many Chinese restaurants, food is not fat at all, it leaves me NIE with an annoyed stomach. Everything always tastes fresh and most dishes include generous portions of vegetables along with the bunch of other foods. The spices they use for spicy dishes are also a little unique, and I love how the warmth gradually builds as you eat your meal. When I was there, the service was always excellent and I enjoy the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The prices are also excellent (read above: college student) and whenever you visit friends or family, I usually take them to Jade. Another plus if you are in a group and you order all different things that they sometimes bring extra plates so that everyone can share food to try a little of everything.

LOVE IT!. Better then PF CHANGS and any other Chinese restaurant. You do have to make sure you ask for extra sauce if you like it. I give them a 100% on everything. I have never been disappointed with anything I get there.
