Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. However, one staff member made our visit quite unpleasant, and we ultimately had to leave before finishing our meal. The food was fantastic, but there was a new girl at the register, and the manager's behavior was unacceptable. I hope they can resolve these issues.

They're removing so many items from the menu that I'm seriously considering not going back. They've taken away the blackened salad, fried mushrooms, potato chips, and even the celery... it's disappointing.

The drive-thru employee could have been a bit more friendly, but the food was delicious.

The food at Zaxby's continues to decline with each visit. The chicken and wings are all overcooked and too tough.

We used to enjoy Zaxby's, but haven’t been there in years. I took my elderly mom for lunch, and we were very disappointed. The grilled chicken was rubbery and lacking flavor, the fries were cold, and the fried chicken was greasy. The bathrooms were filthy, the floors were littered, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. To make matters worse, they had run out of ketchup! This indicates poor management. We won’t be going back.
