Wendy's - Asheville

Zelt on christmas eve this last year and the drive thru line was long because nothing else was opened and there in dine was closed, understandable how they appeared short staff. we waited awhile, but were not in a hurry and ordered our usual. the coworker who took the orders was so sweet and patient. After we ordered our food, her mimic was still up and we overheard her and her associates and they were so polite to each other, even though they could say that they really rushed/moved quickly. we moved into the window and she was even sweeter. I have our food right, fresh and warm. we were only for the weekend in the city, but wanted to share how big the trip thru teamworkers worked especially on christmas with a never-ending line.

Tonight they had only nuggets and pommes, last week no chili, which tasted koks as if he were mixed with another fruit drink. this place goes down and goes down quickly. this is not the first time they had only nuggets! it seems to be a regular thing. I had ordered the family order tonight with 8 that they will not only do tonight, but will ever do my business. I had enough. the only thing that is consistent is unconsistent!

They get what they pay and clearly pay these employees the absolute minimum. therefore they get the minimum effort. the lobby is always closed and they take either cash or only mobile orders through the drivethru. looks like they decide when they really want to eat. they can get happy when they go, but chances are they will be disappointed as I have been the last 3 months here.

This is by far the best Wendy's I have ever went to in my entire life. They are very friendly and communicative. At this location I was able to see there's a team, and they all work together. Their food was served fresh and exactly as I ordered, because the lady in the kitchen at the time cared enough to ask just to make sure, and didn't just take it for granted that it was rung up correctly. The cashier knew exactly how to ring up the order, which was extremely helpful in the entire process. Nothing but smiles, character, and integrity here. I will be coming back!

Today, October 13, 2022 at about 1425, I ordered a salad at the drive through. When I arrived at the window there were two ladies: a huge very loud lady with long dark hair and a pregnant lady with long dirty fingernails. I heard the huge lady with the dark hair say she was going to spice up my salad speaking to the pregnant lady. I could only hear what there were saying as an older lady walked over from the front register they all laughed, and the pregnant lady said he 'll see that. The huge lady said he 'll think it is cheese, and the pregnant lady said, but it ain 't blue. (The salad had blue cheese crumbles. I took the salad and coke and stopped down the road. There was indeed a white chalky substance on top of the chicken, and it was NOT BLUE CHEESE. I did not eat the salad nor sample the soda. I have documented and sampled both items and called the health department. I would be careful with this place. I did nothing to provoke these people; I am smarter than that. I am planning to return my salad tonight and ask for my money back. I 'll post what the substance is when I get the report back from the soda and the white substance. As I drove away, the huge lady said, good-bye in a very loud child-like voice! Those were the only words directed at me throughout this visit.
