Pizza Hut - Ashburn

Customer service here is terrible. You're so rude. They'll yell at you if you ask for a second to find out your order. Once they didn't deliver my order at all, and then they told me I never put it in my order when I did. You were very mean. And didn't even want to fix it by sending me another order right away. You said it would last for 45 minutes. I tried them again today, and they literally took me in the hand forever when I asked them for a short second to see what the kids wanted on the pizza. The guy this time was crazy and was rude about it. The manager is so mean. Be careful because if they screw them up won?t even try to fix it, they will have only one setting

Pizzen picked up on a few occasions and was very dissatisfied. The chess pizza had no cheese. Basically, we only have dough. Bad taste. Disappointed.

That was a big pizza deal. I paid $3,50 more for extra green peppers and extra onions. Thank you.

Always forget to bring my full order. Promise to have things in stock, but never does when I command. Worst pizza hut ever. Please! someone opens another pizza hut in this area. If you are worried about the competition with the current Pizzahütte... If you even try to make it successful, you will be 10x better than this place. I LOVE Pizza Hut, but I can never order myself from here again.

Total nightmare NEVER USE THE WEBSITE TO ORDER AND NEVER CALL IN AN ORDER! Apparently this store routes their calls to a call center. If you place an order and need to make any change they can?t help you! The number of calls I placed to get anyone to answer was more than I could remember but no less than a dozen. But I got transferred and disconnected. Then repeated this process at least 3 more times. By the third connect the lady from the call center was honest and told me she was in a call center not in the store. This was of course after the previous guy told me that my pizza was already cooking, a pizza that was not ready to pick up for 75-85 minutes........Clearly a lie. So each time I connect they transfer me to the manager but that call always disconnected so I drive to the store. I walked into a mob of angry customers waiting in the lobby!
