Everyone pretended not to speak any English! Was ignored as a patron. Several people sat n served before me.A customer stepped up on my behalf and stated that I had been there waiting the whole time. The manager finally came and took my order to no avail.The order was incorrect.Please do not patronize this place!Unbelievable horrible service!

Horrible customer service. Our server took our order once then never came back. We had to waive down other servers for assistance. Not only that but instead of assisting us we noticed that our server decided to have his own dinner while we had ours…I’m mainly writing this review because Everytime we go it’s a constant bad service and just always thought they might be short staffed. But they were slow today with plenty of servers.

We had a large group dine here. The service was terrific and quick. The food was delicious I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of food offerings other than hotpot selections.

The BEST spot for a fun interactive dinner. The kiddo loves to put his chosen meats and veggies in the broth, the food is absolutely delicious and the service is always top notch. This is my favorite place to go for a nice family dinner or a night out with a friend!

This place was so racist. Me and my girlfriend walked in and sat at the table for 15 mins and didn 't get any service. Everyone kept walking past us that worked there and no one gave us any greetings or ask us what we wanted to drink or anything. My girlfriend told me let 's leave and we left. The host came over as we were leaving and I told the host that we are leaving since we can 't get any service. And she said ok . If you African American don 't come here because you will not be serviced. Took my big money somewhere else.
