Nola - Ascot

I had a great experience meeting Ben, the assistant manager at the restaurant. The rest of the staff were also very friendly. I wish I could have stayed longer and would definitely go back if I had more time. I highly recommend this place.

Great Southern American style foods on offer. The Southern Fried Chicken was delicious, and well priced. Plenty of craft beers to choose. Very friendly staff!

Very enjoyable and a different experience as I have never had southern cuisine before. Gumbo, crab cakes with lime aioli, French fries with pulled brisket, cheese and sauce and southern spicey chicken. Next time I'll be looking for more greens! Lol as I need greens!

We stopped by this restaurant after the movies. We decided to sit outside, where the heaters were on, and it was a pleasant experience. I had been eager to try the Dirty Fries, and they definitely lived up to my expectations! We also ordered the jambalaya, smoky BBQ southern chicken, and slaw, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. For dessert, we tried the bread and butter pudding and pecan pie. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain some of the southern dishes to us. They also had a good selection of craft beers to pair with the food. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely be returning!

Friday night with friends we headed into NOLA. Decided to try several of the shared dishes, and we weren't disappointed. Loved the crab and the dirty fries in particular, but all the food was good, and value for money too. Live music was on inside, a little too loud for me, as we had been seated directly in front of the band (they were good but we had come out for a catch up). Plenty of variety on the drinks menu too. Wait staff were prompt and friendly.
