Africafe Coffee House - Arusha

I visited at Africafe today and I ordered hibiscus tea from the menu, they didn't have that. Next I ordered apple pineapple lemon juice, they didn't have that and ended up having another juice which was good. Next I ordered tuna melt sandwich and after a while they told that they don't have the normal bread for that and asked if its okay that they made it with dark bread and I told them its okay. After some time they came and told that they don't actually have the tuna and asked if its possible for me to order something else. Instead of tuna sandwich I ordered chicken toast and it was dry. Usually i don't write reviews but this time I had to. Can´t recommend.

Coffee is good. Everything is overhyped. Service is not the greatest. Waste of your money I wouldn’t recommend it

Food was overhyped. Samosa was soggy and grilled sandwiches were not good at all. Coffee was the only good thing there.

The place had great reviews so I decided to check it out. The internet was so slow and the air conditioning doesn’t work. It felt very confined to be honest.

Great funky cafe. All sporadic. WiFi in and out. Service sometimes fantastic and sometimes bit grumpy. Some items delicious others not so. Where expats sit all day doing business
