Hallo. I and some of my m/c brothers are here to eat on Saturday. I heard in the pass that you eat is excellent. So I suggested we stop. I had a hot turkey sandwich with fries. it was excellent. the turquoise tastes as if it were cooked. all my brothers love you eating and also said everything else was great. the staff was friendly and prompt. keep to the chef and all the others who continue this place. thanks Base/Yak ssffss 19/19Ps. this place is in the country. make sure they have gas. lol

I love this place! I've been here since I was a kid. great eating to decent preisen. the people who work there are very nice and friendly. they even have an ice-pack, outside of which, of course, everyone loves the ice?

Small place and kinda off the beaten path but it's worth it. Home cooked meals and home made pies. Awesome food

When rating a place like this that's off the beaten path, comps are important. It must be made clear that there is also a distinction in rating between breakfast and everything else. For the location breakfast deserves a 3 star but lunch and dinner is predictable American rest stop food fare. It's worth it to come early and get a simple hearty breakfast. Oak Barrel Cafe offers much better lunch and dinner and Mikes Restaurant 25 min north has better breakfast. This is a locals restaurant and that's who they serve, their locals. Which is plenty to be proud of. I have to keep perspective of gastronomic experience with expectations of location in mind.

Fantastic food! I had the BBQ ribs with mac and cheese and Cole slaw. The sauce on those ribs surely did not come out of a bottle and the boneless ribs were so tender they fell apart just using your fork. The coleslaw was crispy and the dressing was sweet and good. Wonderful 1st visit ... and those peanut butter and coconut eggs make a great take home dessert! Friendly server and staff too. An excellent experience!!
