Bidra med feedbackI had some concerns given some of the reviews but we experienced nothing I could describe as a problem. Yes, the chef seemed more interested in watching football but the food was fine, the service OK and perfectly reasonably priced. We had no issues using our credit cards or any other issues. It was fine but in the face of the other fab restaurant in the village, I know which I would choose.
Used to have good food and good service for a reasonable price. What's changed? Unfriendly new waitress whose got my last 3 orders wrong. Presentation and preparation of dish has changed to just average. Unfortunate as it used to be one of our favorites...
Main dish was very poor. French fries poorly fried. Cutlet was rare. Staff not friendly. We do not recommend.
If you wanna eat frozen croquetas, stale bread and low quality food then this is the place to be. The staff being rude doesn't help either! The waitress almost threw our food on the table and when I commented the owner that my plate of goat meat was all bones and hardly any meat, he felt the need to get offensive and argumentative! Never again!
Our visit here late one weekday afternoon for a delayed lunch was spoilt by two things: 1. One of us ordered scrambled eggs with mushrooms rather than the prawns on offer at €9.50 and we were disappointed to be charged €7.00. Considering the other meal, a veal cordon bleu, was €7.70, you can see why we felt overcharged. 2. As is quite common in Spain and especially in the Canaries, when we used our British credit card, we ended up paying in pounds (despite emphasising we wanted to pay in Euros) and of course liming the pockets of the intermediary which charges a commission and gives a poorer rate than our card very annoying! Our receipt and irritation compounded by the slip saying we had chosen to pay in pounds. The food itself was reasonable and the service average. We won't be back.
