Osteria Degli Acrobati - ARONA

Nice place. Very good meat (contrafileto was great, size and taste). welcoming service. we set by the grill, a little bit too hot but could see the grill-man in action. Easy to see he loves his job and how to treat the meat. Will be back for sure

We were in Arona for 10 days and this was the only place where we had a bad experience. There is no wine card and when you ask for recommendations on wines (or anything for that matters), you are met with a bothered face and not much info. It takes a long time to get served and there is zero follow-up. The food is overpriced for what you get. There are so many lovely places in Arona to choose from, I would definitely give this one a miss!

We found Osteria degli Acrobati by accident while wondering in Arona for a place where locals go for a nice friday night. Its athmosphere is so warm, friendly and comfortable. They have a good wine collection and the owner knows each wine he is serving. The decoration of the place looks like they didn't do much decoration, but when you look carefully you see that each item was put there to built the place's unique athmosphere. The prices were logical too. Surprisingly good place. I strongly recommmend.

L'osteria degli acrobati è un locale situato nella bellissima città di Arona, sulle rive del lago di Alto Valore. Raccomando a tutti di fare una passeggiata lungo il lago di Arona per godere della bellezza della natura che si fonde perfettamente con la città. In questo posto si può fermarsi e mangiare in un ottimo ristorante chiamato Acrobati. Vi consiglio di provare le crespelle, sono davvero fantastiche!

Great spot in Arona, short behind the main shopping street, but away from the tourist traps. Great fish and meat dishes. Very friendly staff. Perfect night out for dinner.
