Starbucks - Arlington Heights

I pop into this location when I 'm in the area getting medicine at my dispensary; they 've never gotten an order wrong, and service is always good overall, but it 's not the same as the one I go to regularly, even when there are new people there who don 't know me yet unlike my regular location at 505 W Golf Rd in Schaumburg, where they always say, Welcome, and ask what they can get started for me, then thank me and ask for my name every time, THIS location, while the people are very nice, have never said Welcome, thanked me, or asked for my name. They say thank you at the window when I thank THEM, and like I said, they 're still always very nice. It 's just something I 've noticed as far as little differences, and why I, and I 'm sure other folks, tend to stick to a particular store.

15 minutes spent in the drive thru line this morning as they handed out drinks one by one. Also since when does iced coffee have sugar in it as the base?

I'm editing my review because the baristas at 1808 make better drinks than the other starbucks in the area (much, much better than 1414 golf or Busse Greenleaf). The only problem is the drive thru is really slow, but I honestly think it's cause more people like to hang out inside this Starbucks, and the others aren't really like that. I recommend getting your drinks here, and going inside to pick them up.
