Grill 12 - Arlington Heights

Convenient location. The food is decent, but the accuracy of orders can be inconsistent. For example, I ordered 2 hot dogs and cheddar fries with cheese on the side, but received 1 hot dog, cheddar fries with cheese on top, and cheese curds. The food was good, but it wasn't what I had requested.

I have visited this restaurant many times and I believe the food is quite good. My favorite dish so far has been the gyros burger with well-done fries. I was surprised to find out that they are open until 3 o'clock. Overall, I would rate my experience an 8 out of 10.

I CAN'T say enough about this place. I've been there three times now and each time has been just as good as the last, five stars all around!! Their ribs are some of the best I've ever had at an incredibly good price, and their wings come out crispy Krispycrispy crispy they are amazing.

This pizza was terrible. The customer service was also terrible. The picture of the pizza on the menu looks nothing like the actual item. If a paying customer is not satisfied with the food, you should either remake it or refund it, end of story. Do better.

Waited almost 25 minutes for food. Then Shorted us a chicken parm sandwich. Tall guy at counter said we didn't order one when our cashier said that we did for sure. They wouldn't make good on it. One of us left with nothing. Very BAD customerservice!!! They lost a few good customers.
