Don’t bother with this place. Service was horrible, food was late and just okay. Very loud!

Great service and food. The owner makes you feel welcomed and goes around and checks in on each table. Definitely going back!!

Arrived at our 9:30 reservation. Was promptly told the kitchen was closing in 25 min and to order, we did. One employee starting stacking chairs and tables and breaking down the restaurant for the night, when we complained, he just got more aggressive with the noise. As he left, I watched him walk out and suddenly he stormed back into the restaurant and began to verbally abuse me. I was genuinely concerned for my safety he had to be pulled away by another employee. Our meal was free but I'd rather eat in peace and pay.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ate at this year. Excellent food and wait staff. Awesome.

Admittedly, Mele Bistro is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. And tonight was no disappointment! The VA oysters were tasty, the prosecco was a nice accompaniment followed by the special soup (seafood) that was very bisque-like. I had the mongchong, a Hawaiian fish, on mushroom risotto and wilted spinach. The lovely surprise was VERY fresh pickled ginger. So delicious. The sauvignon blanc paired well with this meal. My dining companion had the seabass and that too was amazing. Thank you for another terrific meal that allowed us to slow down and enjoy life.
