Wingstop - Arlington

The restaurant always serves delicious and freshly prepared food. Additionally, there is an amazing pizza joint next door where you can also get wings. It can get crowded at times, so be prepared to wait, but at least you know your food is always made fresh and not sitting around.

I work at the hospital right down the road unable to get here until 11:15 and they turned me away over 6 flat wings at 11:19pm 41 minutes before close. So prewarning they turn away customers before close even on small orders. as a health care worker I didn't have access to place an order in advance and tried to call to get through the second I was off and nobody answered the phone.

Horrible experience! Called in an order and was told 30 minutes to give them some extra time I arrived there 35 minutes after I placed it. Paid at the counter once I arrived and said my order would be out shortly. After waiting for over 30 minutes and having to ask several times I was told my order had been ready and sitting there the whole time. Received cold order and will never visit this place ever again!

After online ordering and waiting extra time to get them “on the safe side” they tell me I need to wait 15 minutes after you go back to the car and wait, I go back inside and I say it will be 10 minutes more! I ask the cashiers if they are actually ready and they say: “I am not back” a simple let me ask or just ask the back would have been sufficient. We order for a reason, we should not be given over time. I get that restaurants are busy, but if this is the case, talk to a region or someone about adding extra time when orders are placed online.

Always great service and good food. Would not go to another wing and get so good. The best in the subway. People there work hard and are soooo busy, but still give the best. Good work. You all deserve an increase!!!! Food: 5/5
