Bidra med feedbackYesterday, I went through the drive-thru at this restaurant and part of my order was missing. When I called to explain, the manager said they would replace it. Today, when I returned, they only wanted to give me part of the order and refused to replace the whole thing like they initially promised. This was a mistake on the part of the restaurant. I drove all the way there, spent my money, and went home, only for them to go back on their word. This is unacceptable. They need to get it together!
The online ordering system at this restaurant is completely ineffective. Despite ordering an hour in advance, I consistently had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food. Numerous customers who had just walked in were served before me. Even after being asked for my name and order three times, my food still did not arrive on time. The manager seemed disorganized and unconcerned, with staff running around as if the restaurant was extremely busy (which it was not). This has happened multiple times, with the only response being a simple apology. Unfortunately, apologies do not make up for the fact that I wasted my entire 45-minute lunch break without even getting to eat. Some customers were waiting 20 minutes just for a drink. I will not be returning to this location, and I know many other frustrated patrons feel the same. Never again.
The late night/early morning shift (approximately 12am-4am) at this restaurant is truly a blessing. My company treats our employees to breakfast as a reward for their hard work, and we often place large orders during this time. The staff always fulfill our orders promptly with smiles and excellent customer service. We hope to see this crew continue working here - thank you all so much!
When I went to this store location. The order was taken promptly and I ordered a chocolate shake with my meal. I received my meal and asked where is my shake. The answer , I got was I'm making it now. 10 to 15 minutes went by and still no shake by thattime I was done with my meal. Standing close to the counter with another customer waiting on their shake. So the person thatmade the shake gave my shake to the other customer and he looks at me and said, I think this is ours. I open the lid and it wasmy shake. I went back to my seat and the worker said, sorry I got busy and forgot. I'm not really impressed by the service atthis location.
Every time I've visited this particular Whataburger the service has been pleasant, accurate, and fast. The staff there always gives plenty of effort and it shows in not only the speed and accuracy at which they get orders they put out, but in the smilesand genuine courtesy given to their patrons. This is why we love this Whataburger!
