Taco Bell - Arlington

The food was actually good for once. Most T bells the pita bread is hard or soggy. This time it was actually fresh and tasted good. And I think they do something different with the meat here because I usually have to blow up a toilet 30 minutes after I eat, but this time I actually didn't have too for once.

Horrible customer service, order on the mobile app and it didn't give me an option to pick Baja blast asked the cashier if she could switch it for me and told me no because it said another drink on the receipt and not what I asked for.

I went to Taco Bell to order a group taco and the box was default and my food fell out and they wouldn’t give me a refund or a replacement because they didn’t want the responsibility 40$ down the drain save your money it’s not worth it

The staff was very nice to my sister I even with our food allergens. They made sure we didn't get over charged and that food was right. The lady who took our order to come back which was really sweet. We aren't from Texas otherwise we likely would come back as it was my best taco bell experience so far. :

The food was good, the cashier was nice, but on my previous visit here, I wanted to add a chicken Supreme burrito to my order when I got to the window and they tried to tell me that I had to go back through the drive thru again and I refused and asked for the manager and they made it for me. Smh
