If I could set a star, I would if you dont like working on the subway dont african american lady big (has short curly hair) fat. She was stingy with the pimps just set like 4 on my sand, which when I asked Politley can I get some more pickles on my sand that this lady wants me setting for more pickles as it comes from her salary or so. called me a **** said **** you to me to ask for more pickles, I said there was no need for the posture. if this is how you run your facility by using the staff cuss to the customers. I don't even know what to say. I asked about the manager because I was literally horrified that this lady said **** you for me as the client after more pickles on my God damn sand that. She has to be fired right away. the manager wasn't there. I couldn't file a complaint. I've ever restored the worst customer service.

Sandwich was great well made ..the worker's were a little distracted playing but my order was ready and waiting I ordered online..

The lady working today just didn't seem to be in a good mood. When asked for my veggies she made a unpleasant remark about it saying I should be happy with what she puts on the sandwich.

Ordered online, roastbeef, bacon, lite mayo, Italian herb/cheese bread, extra red onion, extra black olive, green peppers, pickles and provolone cheese and parm cheese.. What was received was a sandwich, on plain bread, swimming in mayo where the wrapper was oily and bread soggy, roastbeef that was definately not fresh, extra green peppers, little to no red onions, a scattering of black olives, extra parm cheese, and NO BACON. I had to use a fork and plate, scrape the insides out, as the bread was soggy, throwing some if the green peppers, go to my fridge and cut some onion from my sandwich. Called them to complain, and they hung up on me, three times!!!
