Starbucks - Arlington

I wish I could give this place multiple 5-star ratings. Each time I visit, I'm greeted by name, my order is prepared and ready for pickup, and everything goes smoothly without any hassle. I can't thank the staff enough; they truly go above and beyond. This is undoubtedly the best location in the DFW area. I can always count on my order being ready when I arrive, and it’s amazing how I can depend on them every day on my way to work. Throughout this pandemic, it's been challenging to find consistency and understanding, but it's available here every single day. Thank you, North Collins Team!

I feel compelled to write this review right away. I’m in the Dallas area for business and visited this Starbucks yesterday and today. On both occasions, I experienced outstanding kindness from the staff, who went above and beyond to make my coffee experience wonderful. Today, Ms. Debbie brightened my day with her incredibly sweet voice and thoughtful gesture. I was truly amazed by how warmly she and her colleague, a young man in a blue shirt at the window, treated me. Not to mention, it was the most delicious shaken espresso I've had in a long time! Thank you, Ms. Debbie and your team! I feel so fortunate! You’ve got to check this place out!

It's a starbucks. Only one of the four employees welcomed me when I came in. I've waited a few minutes until someone takes my order. It wasn't very busy. Not sure how busy the drive was. The interior seemed much darker than usual. Food: 1/5

Orders placed online at this point are confiscated. It's strange that I haven't experienced my online orders before I get to other places. My order was new, but I had to wait 30 minutes. You keep your orders behind the counter until you arrive, which is better.

Too small. Came to enjoy a coffee and take care of a business on my laptop. Customer service was great. Music was too loud and the few tables were too smallFood: 3/5
