Lobbibar - Arlington

Stayed last minute for flight problems. Chose because website said included breakfast. Uploaded over $100.00 for a tiny, average breakfast buffet for three people. Probably just $15 worth food if that. It turned out that I didn't choose the breakfast package at check-in. Very angry! Even if you check in, the young woman at the desk commented how old I see in comparison to my driving licence. It was so mean.

I find it hard to believe that this hotel is a 4-star hotel. The people at the reception were nice, but that was the only good at this hotel. My room was pretty dirty when I came in, like the cleaning people made a quick turn and went out of me. The shower was all rustic and the water from the shower and sink smelled and tasted like metal. I heard doors flushing all night. I won't be back.

Attentive service and friendly staff. My old Fashoned was meh. Not prepared with a single large cube and tasty they enjoyed water instead of the simple syrup. Would've ordered a beer.

This hyatt's cracking me! They probably ask why and it is because I dressed here during an anime/comic convention where there are children and even some adults as their favorite characters. So it was a madhouse in the most amazing but strange way. Outside the Congress it is a beautiful hotel that is well and beautifully modern. It is a huge space that can hold great events like this convention and where you can have a beautiful quiet space. I'm not really a fan when the situation, as it's still an important Uber right on the sides. But employees are super nice and helpful and I would definitely stay here again.

I have truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The close proximity to Ronald Regan International Airport, a free shuttle, and the ease of that shuttle getting you to and from the Metro Station at the airport has been top notch. The staff. I can't say enough about the staff. It's a big hotel, with a big conference center, and they have been so kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful during my entire stay. Sure there have been some hiccups like long waits for the elevator. But at least going down, stairs aren't terrible.Also, the little shop inside has been a lifesaver.
