Krystal - Arlington

This restaurant really should be closed down; it has no reason to operate. They are hardly ever open during their posted hours, and when they are, they consistently don't have what’s listed on the menu. They always state that the delivery truck hasn't come. It's truly a disgrace.

The restaurant's interior was overall quite unclean, including the bathrooms, floors, tables, and areas behind the counters. In retrospect, I probably shouldn't have ordered food. I've always liked the meals at this Krystal, but it had been a while since my last visit. It definitely requires a deep clean. Although the manager was friendly, that doesn't make up for the cleanliness issues.

*Seven minutes later,* a line was forming behind us, and the woman repeated that it would be 7 more minutes. My mother pointed out that we had already waited for 7 minutes. The woman responded somewhat rudely, saying, "Ma’am, I’ve been watching the clock, and it hasn’t even been 7 minutes yet. If you don’t want to wait, you can go somewhere else." We took this as a sign to leave, as we didn’t want to risk her spitting in our food. Honestly, this location would be better off closing down. This isn't the first time we’ve encountered issues at this place around the same time; the last time, we were told the system was down.

The map indicates that the restaurant opens at 6 am, but when I got to the drive-thru at 7 am, I was told they wouldn't open until 8 am. The lights were on inside, and I waited for at least 10 minutes at the ordering box before being informed once more that they were closed. It would be helpful if they updated their hours online and posted them at the entrance to reflect the actual 8 am opening time.

This Krystal's location really needs to be closed down; it doesn't deserve to operate. They're seldom open during their posted hours, and when they are, they often have no menu items available. They consistently claim it's due to the delivery truck not arriving. This place is a total letdown.
