Jimmy John's - Arlington

Crystal Drive is undoubtedly the largest dining destination in all of Arlington, situated in a bustling business district. If you're in search of a wide array of restaurant options, this is definitely the spot for you. Jimmy John's offers fairly priced, delicious subs that I really enjoy. Their bread has a wonderful French baguette-like texture that sets it apart. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that their standard sandwiches tend to be a bit light on meat. However, for a small additional cost, you can opt for a sandwich that's much more substantial. Overall, the bread quality is significantly better than other sub shops in the same price range, with the meat being comparable (think Subway). The staff is consistently friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. Plus, there are some hilarious signs on the walls to entertain you while you enjoy your meal.

The sandwiches here are fantastic and expertly crafted, and the service from the staff is incredibly attentive. I was particularly impressed by one gentleman behind the counter who assembled perfectly made sandwiches more quickly and tidily than an entire crew at Subway.

This location is incredibly efficient! There's rarely a line, yet they manage to serve a large number of customers quickly. It's a great spot for a quick bite to eat.

I was happy to find a parking space. The employees were friendly spoke as soon as I entered. My order was ready in 5 mins. As always the spicy Italian was good. They have a $6 meal that my granddaughter loved. I will always choose Jimmy John's over Jersey Mike's.

I placed an order for delivery at 11:45, and by noon, I still hadn't received my food, so I called to check on the status. I found out that a driver hadn’t even shown up, which meant no delivery orders were being sent out. I wasn't informed about this beforehand. As a teacher, I have classes to teach throughout the day, leaving me unable to make alternative plans. All they offered was a refund, which meant I wouldn’t get my food. Over an hour has passed, and I still haven't received any updates on whether my food is on its way or when it might arrive. I had to call twice, only to be told they still don’t know when it will be delivered. If you're looking for reliable service, I recommend looking elsewhere.
