Bidra med feedbackI wanted to hear from the restaurant manager after our poor experience, he didn't give us a call or the staff didn't do the communication. We had booked a table for 6 to dinner. We were simply welcomed but effectively by a very professional first server. we asked to take the aperitif on the terrace before joining our table inside, without worry. first flat : accompanying his aperitif of some tapas can not be done at the restaurant (a few meters away from the tapas corner). It was weird to refuse to sell but good olives were good. command, and input service then the dish made by the first server without worries. from cheese, our initial server disappears. arrival of desserts: 3 out of 6 are overturned in the plate, apologies of the waitress but which serves them anyway. I ask them to be returned to the kitchen and straightened up. in the menu accorded wines, it is planned a glass of wine accompanying each dish, that of dessert will miss the call. I request confirmation from a server and ask to speak to the restaurant manager. a young woman comes to our table and listens to our grievances by excusing herself. But the discussion takes a bad turn when, added to our remarks, I point out to him that seeing kitchen staff sitting through the room several times in full service the arms loaded with bacs is a bit surprising for such an establishment (which, moreover, must not be seen anywhere). We got up a few moments later to go and settle, and we're presented the full note as if we had our menu in its entirety. I therefore reexplain to the young man the substance of my thought and leave my contact information to him so that the responsible person reminds us. I'm still waiting. a pity that the innovative and tasteful kitchen of this chef is so badly served without consideration for the customer (more than 40€/person).

A good formula with 2 admissions, 2 dishes and 2 desserts to choose that change every week, always tasteful and well presented, an irreproachable and efficient service, in a magnificent setting, near the valmy castle, in the vineyards and facing the sea with in addition a sale of wines from the valmy castle with lit tanks the evening of blue leds. meals on terrace or in room depending on season.
We reserved a table for 10 people on the terrace for 15 August. the day said, the terrace table was not sheltered (storm threat) all others were. So we were placed inside between two wine cellars that each server opened every 30 seconds to get there. noises and fresh air at will. the service is not suitable.- servers not playful or even stuck. little choice in entries (2) dishes (2) or desserts (2). Nothing extraordinary in this gastronomy. The demand for bread remained vain. only the wine was good
What a beautiful discovery that this restaurant hidden at the bottom of the vineyards but overlooking the region. The view is beautiful! the seats are comfortable, the service is impeccable and especially the dishes are superbly presented and tasty! the wines of the field we were able to discover before going to the table, have generously accompanied our dishes. of happiness! we have only one hate: to return!
