Bidra med feedbackA curfew picked up the order. They said it would be ready at a certain time and waited in the car for more than 10 minutes.
Ordered two huge subs through the Jersey Mike app for delivery and the subs never arrived. Apparently they use DoorDash as a delivery courier. The subs never arrived. Never receive a confirmation text/email of the delivery, only that the order has been forwarded to us. After 20 minutes of this notification, we only checked the app to find out that it has already been delivered. I called the DoorDash driver who seemed unapoologetic about the situation, the address must have passed wrong and delivered the food to the address she received. I called Jersey Mike and they claimed they ran out of bread and couldn't give the order back. The employee said that tomorrow morning he would have to pass on my information to his general manager as he could not do anything. The General Manager never called so I was forced to make another call to the store. After talking to the General Manager (who had all my information together) he told me that the complaint should be handled by DoorDash. I told him this was unacceptable if I remember? ve waited all afternoon to hear from him just to be directed to another provider (not to mention the order was placed by the Jersey Mike?s app and not DoorDash). He offered to refund my credit card and my credit card information about the phone. The lack of empathy or trouble from each party is disturbing, especially since I was a loyal Jersey Mike's customer for so long. Will not order from this place again. Order patrons!
I come with vegetables on the side because I work in another city and we don't have Jersey Mikes what I love. Today paid for giants was given vegetables for a mini and the girl smash them into a Tini cup. What the hell!!!! I guess I should find a new place to drive out an hour!! Very disappointed!!! This is what the girl in my vegetables and definitely not enough for my huge sub.
I was just there and got a normal sandwich and a soda. Nobody knew what they did. I have customer service. I know how it works. There is absolutely no reason why there should have taken 6 people on a Sunday night to make sandwiches and take 15 minutes to make them. There was a customer in front of me who ordered online and waited there all the time. When I first ordered, the lady asked what size I wanted and said regular, but I was 't familiar with the prices and sizes in Jersey Mike's since it awhile I was in a place when I asked if I could make it a giant, she ignored me and moved to the next customer like and what can I get for you? I haven't finished my order yet because I changed my mind. I pay $11, so I should be allowed to change my mind for 5 seconds. The people who serve the vegetable station had no idea what they did and drowned my sandwich with vinegar. What I didn't complain about, they were just in a hurry, but when I asked about Pickles and Mayo, they looked at me as if I were to be burned on the stake. I'm glad I didn't get a hot sandwich, the guy who worked the grill was really slow and looked like he was up on something, exhausted with his eyes and practically overturned. I hope the woman who was in front of me, who has waited for her mobile order for ever, has also left a review, or I will be like a . I have not only left 1 star because my order was at least a bit faster than some of the customers who looked like they were waiting all night. At least they wore all masks.
The worse JM I have ever been to! I ordered a #9 it didn?t have the bacon on it like it was suppose to, I ask to add mustard an put in the comment light mustard! It had so much mustard I couldn?t even eat the sub, it had so much it was all over the paper! Was on lunch break so couldn?t take it back to have them fix it! I love JM this one is a very disappointment! Hope y?all can fix the reading skills an have better customer service!
