Kebab Cafe - Arcata

I am a great fan of Mediterranean food and I must admit that I was a little disappointed. The concept was there, but the taste was not. My chicken sandwich/gyro was quite tasty and the sauce was nothing special. I didn't try much, but I also tried the Falafels and they were too sharp for me to finish.

Food here was authentic and tasted amazing! I got the falafel sandwich (in pita bread) w/ the vegan red sauce! Will definitely go back if work brings me to the area. Service was great as well 10/10.

My favorite place to eat in Humboldt. I always get the Gyro or Cheeseburger but everything really is good. My wife ordered the shrimp and basmati rice today and it was on point!! Definitely check out if your into Mediterranean. Order a Sprechers Root Beer if you want to level up the meal.

When a restaurant has been in business since 1997 they must be doing something right and that is certainly the case here. We had the falafel dinner and the chicken kebab dinner. We also had the pita and hummus appetizer. All the food was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Portions were generous. The people of this area are lucky to have this restaurant in town. Highly recommended.

Counter service excellent. Greeted by cooks upon entry. Guided through menu selection. Turkish meatball sandwich and some other sandwich, both excellent. Served with side sauces, chili and taziki. Candy bar with sesame nougat. Fresh made pita bread with an eggplant garlic dipping sauce. Yum on all accounts! Going back to experiment with other menu adventures.
